Heather Baker is a musical director for Direction Music Group, a leading musical direction company located in Los Angeles, CA and currently works with Chappell Roan, Ricky Montgomery, Livingston, Em Beihold, Towa Bird, Meg Myers and Tegan and Sara. She is also a session and touring guitar player for Miley Cyrus and has played with the likes of Olivia Rodrigo, Demi Lovato, Adam Lambert and many more.
Her most recent projects include executive producing glitter-goth heartthrob Leo Lauren’s debut EP Supernormal, set for a fall 2024 release; co-writing with electric-soul artist NoMBe for his summer single Paint California; and collaborating with Adam Lambert for his most recent live album VELVET: Side A.
Additionally, Heather composes and arranges for feature films and television, including soundtrack music for Holy Ghost People (2013); Raised by Wolves (2014); A Beginner's Guide to Snuff (2015); Little Paradise (2015); Muertoons (2015); The Night Watchmen (2016); Dead Draw (2016); Cynthia (2018); End of Babes (2016); Embeds (2017); The Off Season (2017); and Starlight (2020).
